Introduction

We will be seeing about the malnutrition in Peru and in its departments. The aim of this project will be to see if we eat healthier or less healthy the in the past 20 years, also we will be investigating why we eat healthier of less healthy.

Body

55% of the population of Peru lives in a lot of poverty, and 25% in extreme poverty. In these, 4 million of those people are children and teens. Nutritional issues raise the risks of malnutrition in children and increase the death rate of the children of below five years. Terre des hommes acts in the communities, so that mothers can change learning about food and can beware from women with experiences and training in the food.
In Peru and India the population can be highly favorable to public health information as it has a relation to their own health. Adolescent can be motivated to have good nutrition behaviors that will make them good-looking, like school popularity and athletic performance.
The childhood malnutrition can cause permanent brain damage that impairs a person ability to achieve his or her full potential. American universities and scientists share this issue in humanity; they have made a community of scientists to end this issue in the world; they have delivered a lot of food to poor countries, also they have collaborated with food in emergency situations.
In the internet there are a lot of pictures of teens that are extremely thin, this is called anorexia. India has prohibited enter a lot of extremely famous companies such as Mc Donald because they violated the dietetic Indian laws. In these days the Mediterranean and Japanese diet have been very healthy diet models and are followed by a lot of countries to fight diseases and issues in the teen’s minds. Organizations such as FAO work for the improvement of diet and food.

Conclusion

The population of Peru lives in a lot of poverty and a lot of the population is an infant and teenager, and due to the malnutrition the death rate in children of 5 years and below are very high; but there are some people that want to be good looking and will have a good nutrition. The malnutrition in an infant age can make a permanent damage to the brain and develop in a slow way. There is also another reason for malnutrition like eating disorders for Psychological, interpersonal, social factors and maybe other more factors. There are some companies that have violated diet laws such as India and have not been admitted to enter in there, there are diets for people that want to look good but don’t want to have eating disorders or want to solve them like Mediterranean and Japanese diets. The role of scientists and experts in this type of issue is to diffuse their knowledge and for poor people to provide them assistance.
